help to push with mod_headers

hello,

 I have mod_spdy & & mod_headers working properly on my apache 2.2 server ,running on linux

I need help pushing content to client
I try to do it using mod_headers by adding X-Associated-Content.

 my code

Header set X-Associated-Content "https://127.0.1.1/niki.jpg" 

the header is being removed but nothing happens

 I have also tried using "early" to add the header before processing 

I have tried givving the path in my file system instead of absolute URL

 I made sure mod_spdy& mod_headers both work fine

 does anyone know why does it not work
