No ./install_apxs.sh script during mod_pagespeed install

Hi there,

I've followed the instructions to build mod_pagespeed from source:

https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/module/build_mod_pagespeed_from_source

Everything went fine until the last step of the Install part.

./install_apxs.sh does not exist in the install folder.

What am I doing wrong?

What branch are you building?

install_apxs.sh is in src/install/install_apxs.sh
