http2 server push with mod pagespeed

Hi

I've managed to get mod_pagespeed functioning at my site. I also want to implement server push so have configured mod_http2

Now being a newbie in server-administration, I need your help with the following.

Considering mod_pagespeed, should I approach server push with php (rel=preload) or with H2PushResource Directive of mod_http2?

I don't know if this is relevant, my site runs WordPress.

I hope you guys will help me out.
