Page Speed Matters While Google Adsense Approved My Application?

i have a website and i got that result when i check on PageSpeed Insights

on http://growupthefashion.com so please suggest what can i do for increase the result 

and also tell me the ideal load time for any website by the google

I don't know anything about how this will affect your adsense approval, though.  Sorry!
