Hi,

On a website with fairly heavy traffic, I sometimes see that some CSS and JS files are not being rewritten by ModPagespeed, that is, they appear with their original URL in the HTML code.
After purging ModPagespeed's cache using the admin interface and reloading the page, the files are rewritten properly. However, when I look again at a later time, they are being ignored again.
Sometimes, reloading the page helps, but sometimes only purging the cache helps.
Any ideas what the cause might be?

Best regards,
Davíd

Are there any html comments next to them if you load your page with
?PageSpeedFilters=+debug appended to the url?
