I am building on CentOS 6 with Apache 2.2

This is the first time I am reporting a build issue. If any more information is needed please let me know. I need to install this module for my server to speed up page load times.

i don't believe so no, Apache came installed from source with my dedicated server - (if only it was installed by RPM)

It seems like we need to get our release instructions in order a bit. I believe that gcc 4.6 is too old to build a modern version of mps. Which version are you trying to build?

There's a pretty gross work-around specifically for missing stdalign.h in one of our release scripts, but I suspect you may run into other problems:
