What is the issue in my modpagespeed

Hi All,

I got error in error_log as

 "Fetch failed for https://www.mydomain.com/wp-content/cache/busting/1/wp-content/themes/Avada-Child-Theme/A.style-5.09.css.pagespeed.cf.8cbU22ug8N.css, status=404"

 But i found it in my server in 

 "/var/cache/mod_pagespeed/v3/mydomain.com/https,3A/,2Fwww.mydomain.com/wp-content/cache/busting/1/wp-content/themes/Avada-Child-Theme/A.style-5.09.css.pagespeed.cf.8cbU22ug8N.css"

 

 What will be the issue.

Checking the access logs to see what happened with the request from mod_pagespeed for that css file.

The user-agent will mention mod_pagespeed, that may be helpful in filtering.

(Also the cache entry may exist just to help the module remember that it wasn't able to load the css

for a couple of minutes, to avoid large volumes of retries).
