Joomla 3.4.5 / mod_pagespeed 1.9.32.10-7423 All admin setting buttons have no color!

Just upgraded a Joomla 2..5 to 3.4.5 site and see everywhere in the Joomla admin panel there is a yes/no setting the relevant button is clear! You can't tell what the setting is. In the sites .htaccess I toggle ModPagespeed on or off and can make them appear instantly with just a page refresh. I have cleared /var/cache/mod_pagespeed, and tried every variation of the caching options Joomla offers, with my preference to be Joomla having them all turned off, but this doesn't help. The setting is actioned, so this is just a UI issue.

I just checked again with the latest Joomla and mod_pagespeed to find this is still the case. Just install them both and log in as admin to reproduce. Forced to disable mod_pagespeed for all joomla sites, which is disappointing as I know it performs so well on all the others.
