How to Access Google pagespeed API in China?

Hello,

I know we are blocked by Chinese government firewall, but still most of google resources are still opened now, like google map, and google fonts...by accessing another URL : ww.google.cn

As to Pagespeed insight,  we can access here: https://developers.google.cn/speed/

but once I click RUN INSIGHTS at this page http://prntscr.com/i3pv76

it will redirect to https://developers.google.cn/speed/pagespeed/insights: 

but it show like this: http://prntscr.com/i3pvk3

IS there any google official guys here? 

Any suggestion or any way to make it works for China?
