Hello,

I have an API at api.xx.com that provides JSON responses containing URLs to images on another domain of the same server (media.xx.com). (Both domains are authorized in the configuration)

I would like to know if there is a way to tell pagespeed to rewrite those link like it would to on standard HTML pages ? So it will point to optimized images instead of the original ones ?

Thank you.

We're tracking this feature request in https://github.com/pagespeed/mod_pagespeed/issues/917 though we have no plans to work on it currently.
