pagespeed not working for website thats under domain main folder

Hi Guys,

I have couple of websites running under tomcat and I have got the updated version of google pagespeed installed. Its works great for all websites that are under the domain for example: https://localhost/website1/ and https://localhost/website2/. However it fails to do the same for website under the domain itself ie. https://localhost/ ( ROOT Folder of tomcat )
