um... is using data:image/gif;base64.... for LazyLoadImagesBlankUrl a good idea?

it kiinda occurred to me that it would be possible to save a DNS
roundtrip by doing this:
#pagespeed LazyloadImagesBlankUrl "http://www.gstatic.com/psa/static/1.gif";
pagespeed LazyloadImagesBlankUrl
"data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAP///////yH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==";
... question is... is it a sensible thing to do? :)
