I hava a quite complicated solution.

Server A - closed solution, where domain is mapped to content.example.com
Server B - mod_proxy installed

Can I someway run Server B like transparent CDN for Server A?

That means, I set A/CNAME for www.example.com mapped to server B, server B takes data from server A, optimize with mod_pagespeed and return to browser.

Thanks for help.

I think the situation you describe is pretty straightforward and common.  Please do a google-search for "mod_pagespeed proxy" and you'll find a few interesting discussions.
