Implement mod page speed only on one folder and ignore all other

I have apache web server which has one main folder and inside it multiple projects are running and I do not want to implement mod page speed on all , and want to implement only on one single sub folder , so how to do it. I do not want to add disallow conditions since it will be so many condition , so condition should be such which just specifies in which folder it should allow.
