Getting an error with pagespeed from source

I'm trying to install the mod_pagespeed module on CentOS release 6.8
I've been following the instructions here perfectly whith no errors...
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/module/build_mod_pagespeed_from_source
I am at the stage of "Run Tests" and I am getting the following errors when I 'Make'
I followed all the instructions perfectly, super confused as to what's going on...can anyone help out?
