I looking forward for any kind of informations about differences in pagespeed.

So question is does pagespeed will do a analysis or a tuning recomendation for my requested website ?

You've mailed this to the mod_pagespeed mailing list.  mod_pagespeed is an apache plugin that rewrites your web site to make it load faster.

It sounds like you might be interested in pagespeed-insights, which analyzes your web site and makes suggestions for you to implement manually.
