mod_pagespeed 1.11.33.2-0

Locally and in staging this doesn't happen, nor with the ?PageSpeed=off arg. We only run mod_pagespeed in production.

It's very quick, and doesn't happen on every page load, but when it does is noticeable.

When memcached & apache is restarted, on the first load of the page inspecting the page source shows the css and js are referenced unchanged, and there is no FOAC. It's only after a few page loads when it appears, and when it does the page source shows lots of css and js inlining.

Is it bad form to post the URL to this list, or do the mods want a PM?
