tracing error: 2 (no such file)

I'm getting an Error: 2: No such file when I try to sync. I checked my org-mobile-files variable, my agenda-files variable, my inbox.org file, my checksums.dat file, and I also stripped the staging directory, rebuilt it, and reapplied permissions to everything, all with no luck.

How can I find out what file is giving MobileOrg such a headache and avoid blasting away blindly at this problem?

Found it--it was failing on one specific .org file, but I can't seem to isolate what's wrong with it. Is this logged or loggable with logcat?

Alternately, wouldn't it be better if the mobileorg android app tried to finish synchronizing the remainder of the files instead of dying on one midway through, then reported any problems in a big notification (now that android supports that)?
