Mobicents SGW deployment issue

I am trying to use the mobicents-sgw from the jss7 downloads but I keep running into the issues below. I am using Solaris 10 with jdk1.7.0

I am not sure what is going wrong here. Need some help please

I get the same error when trying to deploy in the Mobicents Jboss.

Hi 

I think you need to check with HLR Eng's if they send to you on port 2245 (i had the same problem)

Not sure whats going wrong here but as Loay suggests cross verify with HLR guys. Generally they provision the SCTP ip:port on their side too. Also make sure that HLR side is server since I see you are trying to connect as Client.
