Hello Fellow Agile Colleagues –

I’m a PMP and have solid work experience using both waterfall and Agile practices.   I value the customer focus and nimbleness of Agile.  I'm applying for Scrum Alliance's (CSP) certification and considering pursuing the PMI-ACP, as well.

Any inputs on which is more marketable or respected?

Any ACP’s out there willing to share exam prep advice?

Cheers!

Csm is a lot faster and easier to get.  I'd do that one first.  I've not taken the PMI-ACP but like anything Pmi I'm sure it is a long process with a difficult test.  I've seen a lot of job postings asking for someone with a csm but not an ACP.
