In this facilitated discussion (led by an acknowledged advocate of SAFe who will try to keep his opinions bottled up), we will explore what is good or bad about SAFe, how it is different and what it has in common with other scaling approaches, and whether SAFe is truly “Agile” enough for us.

Note - a session more generally on "scaling" was held back in 2016, and most of the discussion ended up being about SAFe. The intent is for this to be a more advanced discussion as SAFe has become both more popular/common/understood, and has more mature/voiced advocates and critics.

Note on parking: The Morrison ramp ($1/hr after 4 PM) is probably where most end up.
Street parking in non-permit areas on the campus perimeters can sometimes be found.
