Topic : Nexus Framework – agile scaling from Scrum.org
Last year we had gatherings about SAFe and a few other popular agile scaling approaches. MNAEG's first session this year will be an introduction to the framework being introduced by Ken Schwaber’s organization Scrum.org.
Recently there has been a great deal of discussions on scaling agile. This session will cover the approach created by Ken Schwaber, one of the co-creators of Scrum. Join Ken’s colleague, Steve Porter and fellow Scrum trainer, Don McGreal, as they introduce you to the Nexus framework. Steve and Don will take your questions on how to successfully integrate the work of multiple Scrum teams without being buried under a pile of dependencies and technical debt.
Steve
is employed at Scrum.org <http://scrum.org>.
He has decades of experience in software development and has been working around
the globe as an agile consultant over the past 10 years. This past year, Steve
has been working closely with Ken and his community of professional Scrum
experts to document Scrum.org <http://scrum.org>
's approach to scaling Scrum.
