Topic : Large Scale Scrum model (LeSS)

An introduction to the Large Scale Scrum model (LeSS) which follows the Scrum values and principles proven to work since 2003 popularized by Larman & Vodde.

Will include a comparision with SAFe - a popular scaled agile model which is controversial in the agile community.

Angela Johnson is a Certified Scrum Trainer & Agile Transformation Coach living and working in the Twin Cities community.

She is passionate about changing the world of work and bringing real client case studies to her talks and Certified ScrumMaster and Product Owner classes.

Note on parking: The Morrison ramp ($1/hr after 4 PM) is probably where most end up.

Street parking in non-permit areas on the campus perimeters can often be found (by those who enjoy the hunt).
