making SD card bootable under Lion OSX (10.7)

Hi,

My first post.

I wasn't able to make a new card bootable under Lion using "Macboot".
However, using the shell script "make_bootable.sh" still works. Just
thought I would mention it...

I've edited the make_bootable.sh to be more easy to use on mac, it's now a .command file and has a little "wizard" to select the card from the script.

If all works good double clicking on it will show the terminal asking you to drop on it the card from finder.

To be more safe it show you diskutil list and asks for confirmation before proceeding, after that it's untouched
