It's FUN to watch, since the ultimate outcome will be so
BENEFICIAL to America... and to societies all over the world

America has done it before -- when it got RID of segregation.
So the precedent for this was set very nicely, 45 years ago.

How about NOM and the Family Research Council? It seems that any
group that is successful, effective, and has a position contrary to
the radical left is inevitably going to catch the $PLC official "hate
group" smear. It's a culture war, tactic, that's all, and has

money flowing in, too.

I've no reason to think they are wrong, but bubbles, those numbers aren't
bad for a cause charity. Cockburn is wrong in calling Dees a merchant of
hate, something the Navigator does not do. But then, I suspect you
already knew that.

I don't care what some lefty group thinks of the FRC. Of course they
are going to trash the FRC, that much is totally predictable. Give me
a link to a conservative that is critical of the FRC, the way I gave
you a liberal critical of the $PLC.

Are you trying to excuse the phoniness of the $PLC because of Donald
Trump?

Cockburn mentions a couple of the honest players such as the Institute
for Southern Studies and the Southern Center for Human Rights whose
directors make $11,000 and $50,000, respectively. They are not
interested in bathing in the limelight, but "He (Stephen Bright)
fights the system, case by case. Not the phony targets mostly tilted
at by Dees but the effective, bipartisan, functional system of
oppression, far more deadly and determined than the SPLC's tin-pot
hate groups. Tear up your check to Dees and send it to Bright."

Indeed, I certainly would if I was liberal like Cockburn. But I'm
not, so I'll be writing another one out to the FRC and NOM.
