statute reminded me of the most important thing:

How about writing an op-ed to the NY Times complaining that Harry

I will defer to our legal-eagle LK to explain why Reid will not
reimburse me for my expenses.
In Brooklyn, from 1940 to around 1985 there was something called the
Romany Scam. The way it worked is the perp would find a deserted
supermarket aisle and pour cooking oil all over the floor and pretend
to fall claiming a broken limb. The perp would then settle for a few
grand with the supermarket rather than going to court which could cost
the store owner many times the settled amount just in lawyer fees.
Reid's scam was a 21st century version of that. He would start an
internet flame war, claim indigent status to the judge and have the
taxpayers subsidize a lawsuit against his intended victim, someone
from the east coast. Reid thought I would settle for a few hundred
bucks rather than paying thousands of dollars for a California
attorney.
However, the outcome was not as Reid anticipated. My son kicked Reid
in the balls in court and had Reid declared as a vexatious
plaintiff.
He's not suing anyone anytime soon.

You won a motion in a lower court and not the case on it's merits. But

I did comment of a decision by the US Supreme court and said on one
issue the decision was 7-2. You came back with a rant that I didn't
know the law and the decision was 5-2. I had to post the Supreme
Courts web page showing I was right, like normal you didn't know what

Your bringing up the name of Gene Kiniski reminds me of a contemporary
of Gene's, Lou Thesz. They were both world champions in the 1950s and
1960s.

Back in the day, gasoline was cheap and air travel was expensive so it
was typical for a world champion to wrestle in one city then drive 400
miles for the next gig. Thesz would do this four or five times every

The Jets and Steelers are both proven snow storm and cold weather
performers and they both have great ground attacks. It will be a
great game this evening. It will also be great for future Hall of
Famer LaDainian Tomlinson to finally play in the Superbowl after
breaking loose from the self-destructive San Diego Chargers.
In week 15 the Jets beat the Steelers, but the lead changed hands
three times. The game ended with the Steelers on the Jets' 20 with
two seconds left. It was that close.
The 2014 Superbowl will be played at The Swamp in beautiful Rutherford
NJ. It will be great for the cold weather, outdoor teams (Jets,
Giants, Packers, Bears, Browns, Broncos, Bills, Pats, etc.) to finally
get the advantage over the warm weather and indoor teams in the
Superbowl.
FWIW, in 2014 BOTH teams will have the home field advantage in the
Superbowl!
