Mission Mitsubishi (hereafter called "The Dealership") lacks the
permits to legally operate a dealership including, but not limited to,
a valid "Certificate Of Occupancy" (CFO) from the City of San Antonio
Code Compliance Department. The building is owned by Red McCombs and
leased to Imad Khalil "Dealer Principle"!

The Dealership lacks the permits necessary to legally operate a Paint
Shop which has no fire suppression equipment and also lacks a valid
"Certificate Of Occupancy" (CFO) from the City of San Antonio Code
Compliance Department and is a OSHA hazard!

The Dealership lacks the permits necessary to legally operate a Body
Shop and also lacks a valid "Certificate Of Occupancy" (CFO) from the
City of San Antonio Code Compliance Department, as well as not being
OSHA compliant. In fact, Ron Foster, former body shop manager was
fired because he would not operate a Body Shop without the proper
documents. Bravo for Mr. Foster!

In this day and age how can this happen? Is the fix in or is it
simply a matter of incompetence by the City of San Antonio and/or
OSHA? It is our guess that Red McCombs has no idea what is happening
on his property!

The Khalil family has quite the history for criminal activity in the
auto industry. Imad's brother was convicted of "conspiracy to commit
bank fraud" and is presently in federal prison...

commit bank fraud. He took advantage of a “floor plan” line of credit
that Sterling had given Khalil so he could purchase vehicles for his
businesses: Prestige Imports Inc. in San Antonio and Lotus of Austin.
Both businesses have since closed."

Folks, these are not petty crimes, but on the contrary they exhibit a
blatant attempt to defraud, circumvent, and evade the law for monetary
gain without any regard for safety!!
