Hello

1) I need to the values of theta that correspond to the maximum informations for two dimensions. how can i achieved it? i want to use it as a cut point

2) is it possible to achieve true score from thetas in two dimension, as what we do for one dimensional IRT model?

You'd likely need to do a maximisation search, where a function accepts the vector of theta values and returns some scalar criteria (e.g., the maximum determine) of the information matrix in order to find the theta values associated with some maximum. 

 

2) is it possible to achieve true score from thetas in two dimension, as what we do for one dimensional IRT model?

Use mirt's lower-level functions to transform the theta score into the expected total scores. See ?probtrace, for example, on how to utilize this low-level functional information.
