Hello,
I have hosted the mirtcat online using the shinyapps.io and as per the requirement mirtcat_preamble was used in place of mirtcat to execute the test. But the results object that was obtained at the end of execution of the test did not have the theta values and the results were different as compared to when using the mirtcat function on a local server. What is the reason for this difference in results? How can it be mitigated?

Thanks and Regards,
Dhruv Mehta

That certainly shouldn't be happening, and as far as I can tell there's no reason why it would happen on a remote server. Can you provide a reproducible example of this behaviour?

Phil
