Hi Phil,

The mirt() and mixedmirt() can treat missing at not random?

No. In fact, there are very few regression approaches which can deal with this problem directly (MNAR is generally a nightmare to deal with and requires a lot of faith on the investigators end regarding how to properly deal with it). If possible, MNAR generally is best assessed with some form of imputation and performing sensitivity analyses.
