Theta 1 and theta 2

Using 2 factors, oblimin rotation gives factors that I can interpret.  How can I interpret the two theta (ability) values that output from fscores?  Does fscores use the original factors or the rotated values?  I suspect that it doesn't matter, but then how can the interpretations of the rotated factors carry over in fscores?
