Is it possible to enter item and person parameters manually for some functions in mirt for analysing (e.g. for test information)?

This question is asked a lot on this forum, so you should be able to track it down. I also have a cross-validated post on the same topic, and the package mirtCAT allows for similar wrappers for the same purpose.
