Trouble With ReBuild

I'm having trouble with compiling the source for Minix3 from a completely clean source. I've installed on a VirtualBox VM from 3.2.1 source obtained via http://wiki.minix3.org/doku.php?id=www:download:start .
I am trying to rebuild from /usr/src/releasetools by running make hdboot and I get the following error:
includes ===> commands/rlogin
cd: can't cd to /usr/src/commands/rlogin
**Error code 2
Does anybody know why this is happening? If I try to cd myself into /usr/src/commands/rlogin I have no probllem. Thanks! - Nick
