git clone seg faults

Hi

I tried to following the instructions here:
http://wiki.minix3.org/doku.php?id=developersguide:trackingcurrent

i ran:
pkgin up
pkgin_sets
 
and I tried to git clone

I recieved errors about
libminixfs freeing blocks in use
anon_pagefaults
segmentation fault(core dumped)

Any thoughts on this?

p.s I am running qemu wiht 2 G of ram. This is occuring in 3.3 and 3.4
