GUI, File manager and Web browser

Hello.

I started playing with Minix3 today and I got startx gui running.

I was curious as to what other GUI's are available.

Also I am having trouble finding how to put a web browser and file manager onto startx gui.

Perhaps there is a GUI better adept to a web browser and file system.

Does anyone have any thoughts or comments regarding these subjects?

Well, minix does not yet have any fancy gui browser. However, I managed to build dillo (2.x) on minix back in 2010 as far as I can remember and worked quite ok but the road was bumpy -see thread: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/minix3/dillo/minix3/Oikvkr48M38/I1l4h8c_G3EJ

You may try building it but now it's already version 3 -I mean dillo- and no clue if anyone has already succeeded building it. If you want a more featured browser you may try building midori but that's even tougher -at least I didn't manage building it but I must admit I haven't tried it for long.
