Is there a mp3 music player can be used well in Minix 3.4.0?

Hi,
I want to play a mp3 music in Minix 3.4.0, and I have tried mpg123 installed by "pkgin".

My input is:
# mpg123 music.mp3

But it can not work and outputs these messages:
# [audio.c:645] error: fail to open audio device
# [audio.c:180] error: Unable to find a working output file in the list
   ....

PS: my sound card driver is es1371, and I have successfully used playwave to play a wav music.

Can somebody recommend me a mp3 music player which can be directly used well in Minix 3.4.0?

From what I've seen, MINIX 3 has a homegrown API for soundcards, so programs are unlikely to support it directly.

I am not aware of a compatibility shim or supported sound server on MINIX 3. It seems OSS was supported a long time ago, but that was before I got here.
