communication between pm and sched

Hi guys,

Im new to minix and trying to solve a homework of mine... So can someone pleeeease tell me where exactly does pm server sent a message to sched server requesting to go forward with the fork - process ? I've been searching for it 15 hours now non-stop and still nothing. So I am begging for help!
