Cross-compiling MINIX 3 successfully on OS X

Hi,

I found out-of-date information on this thread Cross-compiling MINIX3 on OS X on google groups and cross-compiling MINIX3 on developerguide.

However, it might benefit the community to info developers that cross-compiling x86 image works well on OS X. Btw, already test it on qemu.

Building environment is as follows:

MacOS High Sierra

Version 10.13.2

Latest source code (might be MINIX 3.4.0!?) on github with commit hash `b2ee0702ff8e8e556f7fe39b81f43e413070dc59`.
