Blank Screen NoSuchMethodError: RemoteVersionList(URL,Proxy)

I upgrade from 1.7.2 to 1.8.9 , it works in the same day (3 Feb ) , but now it pops a blanck launcher and an exception

it appear to be a problen with a new launcher.

Im using Forge (1.8.9-forge1.8.9-11.15.1.1726)

same problem here, I've tried:

uninstalling and reinstalling (fail)
installing other java versions 1.8, 1.9, OpenJVM (fail)
testing in other pc (fail)

any other ideas? thx
