crashing (with crash log)

I get to the launch page, but when I launch the program it never opens. The following is the crash report that I received when I tried to launch it.

I am clueless when it comes to reading this. Any clues as to how to fix it?

"Pixel format not accelerated" is an indicator it is a problem with your video drivers.

Hi Leslie,

This is a common problem when video card drivers are not compatible. Good news is that most of the time an update from the graphics card manufacturer (not Microsoft) will fix it right up.
