MinecraftEDU never opens after logging in from launcher

I am having trouble setting up other computers to login to MinecraftEDU

I have 1 computer that can login correctly with student or admin pc login.

Any help would be appreciated.

The pixel format not accelerated indicates that your graphics drivers are not up to date, try updating them from the manufacturers website (don't rely on windows update).

I actually just found a work around by installing an old Java 7 and it worked!
