I designed a 3D printable gearbox for a worm gear set to reduce speed and multiply lifting force for use in a belt lifted Z axis in a 3D printer.  I'm still waiting on some parts to arrive from China.  It will have an 8mm output shaft extending from both sides of the box, with a GT2 pulley on either end of the shaft to drive two belts to lift the Z axis.  Of course, it isn't too hard to add a third belt so the bed can be lifted at three points.

Let's hope the gears' dimensions match the manufacturer's drawing...
