A scaled-down version of Willie's boat. Sails, mast, etc. No Power Wheels car body needed, just a go-kart frame, motor, and a bunch of wood or plastic made up to resemble the arctic tern!

Funny you should suggest...
I was just thinking earlier about how inexpensive new, plastic (roto-molded?) kayaks are -and how funny, and likely robust a powerwheels kayak would be.
Used ones are prolly real cheap.
An amphibious powerwheels would also likely bump the "age appropriate for" range up a bit.
