What is the proper name for the collar on a gear where the set screw is screwed in?

Example: What would the part of the gear that is 26 mm diameter in the drawing be called?

Forgive me if I’m wrong but in an attempt to be helpful I believe this would be called what you already called it. The collar, but more specifically “axis shaft collar”.
