I designed and printed a plunger and mold for the plunger for the 3.5 l chocolate extruder.  I'm going to pour food grade silicone over the printed plunger while it sits in the mold and let it set up.  Then I'll break the mold away and I should have a plunger that is a few mm larger than the ID of the syringe pipe so it seals well.  I will be testing it using pancake batter this week if the molding process goes well.
