Hi Scott,

I do not believe there is an emergency phone at this time.  We DO have an android phone on the administrative desk that may work, but it was not tested for emergency operation.

There have been a few projects started to add additional phones to the space, but none have been finished yet.

The only requirements are that they be able to get a signal within the building and ideally they should be a newer "smart" phone, to discourage any potential theft and/or other uses. Also, they should have a charger, as I'm an idiot when it comes to that sort of thing.
