Just the way I like to start a new project - scrapped the first part! (Forgot to make sure the vice was squared up in the Bridgeport before I started.  Turns out, it wasn't, whoever used it before me must not have needed it to be.  It's still my fault, I forgot to check before I used it).
So I need to find another block of Delrin/Acetel/Nylon.  Black preferably.
Anybody know where I can get that?  Speedy Metals has rounds (I can use that, but have to buy much larger than I need), not flat stock. I need 4"x 2.5" x 7/8" or a little bigger.  Any ideas on sourcing would be appreciated.

Hmmm, I was cutting the first  Gorton nut Sunday, although most of the fixed vice jaw was dead on, the right side seemed to be off a mill or two.  Tom K. was helping me with it.

Midland Plastics seems to have blocks of these types of plastics in their cut-off shop so I'm sure they sell bigger pieces.
