Litho press repairs - welding needed

Hello, all!

I hope you're enjoying summer! 

I'm writing to pick your brains about a press repair. The steel plate under our Charles Brand litho press bed has worn loose. I'm seeking an individual to help with the repair. Essentially, I need to find someone who will be able to remove the existing plate, replace it with a new plate, and secure it with a few welds. 

Do you have any recommendations???
