Hi all,

"Mifos Individual Lending" is the first delivery for the "Mifos X"
project. This project is about making Mifos faster, lighter, cheaper
and a better fit for MFI's and Integrators.

Our first MFI, Creocore, is in the process of going live. However,
we'd like to round out the functionality a bit before calling it
'Version 1'. This is our 'call for help' to people in the community
that practise Individual Lending or have worked in that area. It
would be great if you could take a look at our demo and let us know
your thoughts about where the functionality gaps are.

Demo: http://ec2-176-34-174-133.eu-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com:8080/mifosng-individual-lending-app/
Username: super1 (also manager1 or dataentry1)
Password (for all): demo

Before giving the demo the once over, you might want to have a quick
look at our "Introduction to Mifos Individual Lending" video at
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zN5Dn1Lc_js&feature=youtu.be

There is an ability to migrate to this new application from Mifos but
don't worry if its unlikely that you would want to do that as we're
very happy to benefit from your understanding regardless.

Feedback can be to this list or directly to Keith or John Woodlock.

Great work John and Keith.

To make logging feedback streamlined and easier to follow did you want to use JIRA? If so, did you need a brand new project set up or merely want to use lables and other components to segment Mifos X related feedback.

Also, do you have any documentation up yet on the individual lending component of Mifos X?

Thanks Ed,

Right now we are just waiting to see if people are interested in whats
happening and posibily interest in collaborating with us over the next
few months in building on top of what we have.

We are happy to process these requests and handle them ourselves. That
might mean updating JIRA as request is something of interest to not
only mifos x but also existing mifos. As for setting up new project on
JIRA for mifos, lets wait and see for now.

We want to see what reaction there is from the demo itself and the
video before stepping into pointing at documentation.

Keith.
