[Mifos-users] Unable to Create Clients

Hi

I have install Mifox ver 17.07 and in the process of configuring. I have configured the

Organisation, system parameters, products and the chart of account.

 

I am however unable to create clients, I get the attached message, please assist.

Hello Austin

That is unexpected data integrity issues that happens sometimes ( i myself haven't identified what triggers it, hope the community can help)

But how to go about it, if you were also attaching an address during client creation, try to create client without an address and then you will add an address on client profile.

I was able to resolve this by un-setting the Account Number Preference parameter for Client.
